Shri Divyabh Manchanda appointed Ambassador to Bulgaria

Shri Divyabh Manchanda, currently Additional Secretary in the Ministry, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Bulgaria.
2. He is expected to take up his assignment shortly.
