Entry into force of Agreement on Economic Cooperation between India and Bulgaria (April 17, 2008)

The Agreement on Economic Cooperation between India and Bulgaria was signed during the visit of Bulgarian Prime Minister Sergei Stanishev to India during September 10-15, 2007. The Agreement came into force on April 17, 2008 on the date of exchange of the last diplomatic note confirming the fulfillment of the necessary legal requirements by both sides in accordance with Article IV, Paragraph 2 of the Agreement.
