Entry into force of Bilateral Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement between Republic of India and Republic of Macedonia on October 17, 2008

The Bilateral Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement between the Republic of India and Republic of Macedonia was signed by the Indian Ambassador to Macedonia H.E Lal Dingliana and Macedonian Finance Minister H.E Trajko Slaveski on March 17, 2008 in Skopje, Macedonia. The Agreement came into force on October 17, 2008 on the date of exchange of the last diplomatic note confirming the fulfillment of the necessary legal requirements by both sides in accordance with Article 14 of the said Agreement.
