IV meeting of the Bulgaria-India Joint Forum on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT Forum)(14-15 June, 2010 - Sofia)

The Fourth meeting of the Bulgaria-India Joint Forum on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT Forum) was held on 14-15 June in Sofia. The Indian delegation was led by Rakesh Singh, Additional Secretary, Department of Information Technology and the Bulgarian delegation was led by Parvan Rusinov, Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications.
