Ambassador of India to Bulgaria & Macedonia

At the end of 2009, H.E. Divyabh Manchanda was appointed Ambassador of India to Bulgaria and Macedonia.
H.E. Divyabh Manchanda has been a member of the Indian Foreign Service for more than 32 years and has served as a diplomat in Egypt, the UAE, Bulgaria (as First Secretary from 1988 to 1990), Portugal, Sri Lanka, Canada and Moscow. In New Delhi, he has been appointed as Deputy Chief of Protocol (1985-1988), Deputy Director General of Indian Council for Cultural Relations (1997-2002) and Additional Secretary incharge of Eurasia region (2007-2009).
H.E. Divyabh Manchanda was born in 1954 in New Delhi. Graduated from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, did Post-Graduation from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and M.Phil. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. He is married to Gayatri and they have one son.
On 3rd December, 2009, H.E. Divyabh Manchanda presented his Letter of Credentials to H.E. The President of the Republic of Bulgaria.
On 29th January, 2010, H.E. Divyabh Manchanda presented his Letter of Credentials to H.E. The President of the Republic of Macedonia. |
